Any questions?
How do payments work?+
We work on a commission-based model, depending on the project size and complexity. Our pricing is fair and transparent, and we'll go over all details during a call.
What is the minimum project size?+
The ideal project starts around $100,000 in sourcing. This is where the model becomes most efficient and cost-effective, although smaller projects can be considered in certain cases.
How much can I really save?+
It depends on your country, project size, and finish level. In most cases, clients save between 30%–50%, and in some categories or larger projects, savings can reach up to 60%.
Do I need to travel to China, or can this be done remotely?+
For larger projects, we recommend coming to China to see and feel the materials in person. That said, we also fully support remote sourcing — with catalogs, videos, photos, and even material samples shipped to you for selection.
How do you verify suppliers and ensure premium quality?+
We primarily work with suppliers we've already tested and built strong relationships with. For new or custom requests, we have internal processes to verify factories and ensure reliability before moving forward.
How long does production and shipping take?+
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the moment the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed. Shipping and delivery timelines depend on your location and logistics setup.
How does the shipping and logistics process work?+
We coordinate the entire process with trusted shipping agents. In most villa-scale projects, we consolidate everything into one mixed container. For larger projects, shipments can be split by category (e.g., aluminum, carpentry, furniture) depending on your preference.
What about taxes, VAT, and customs?+
We work with experienced local shipping agents who handle logistics, customs clearance, and taxes in your country. If you already have your own agent, we'll provide all required documents and coordinate directly with them.
Do you help with installation coordination?+
Yes. We guide you through installation requirements and can coordinate locally. For larger projects, it's also possible to bring installation teams directly from the factory for faster and more precise execution.
What happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect?+
If the issue is a manufacturing or production mistake, the supplier is fully responsible. We ensure this contractually and take full responsibility for managing the process. If damage occurs during shipping, cargo insurance applies.
